Designing and manufacturing:Grefee has many engineers with more than 10 years of experience. Their experience is the guarantee for us to manufacture high-quality molds
Quality regulation:Process quality control controls the temperature of aluminum liquid, keeps the equipment clean, and strictly follows production requirements
Equipment:16 Die-Casting machines, covering models from 100T to 3500T, equipped with 100 CNCs, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis personnel training. Our training includes quality awareness

Surface Coating Test and Report
Besides the standard dimension report, for products with surface coatings，we also provide tests including cross-cut adhesion test, coating thickness, adhesion strength, fire resistance, and salt spraying test etc
Internal Inspection & X-ray Inspection
In addition to the analysis of the raw materials, aluminum liquid and finished products, we also provide 3 first product X-ray inspection reports as required
Packaging & Delivery
A full cleaning is attended before delivery. QC attends full inspection and provide shipment check up report, including size and weight
before delivery
