In order to deepen the customer service experience and enhance the effectiveness of product quality management throughout the entire process, the first CNC workshop has upgraded its hardware facilities and introduced 8 high-precision turning and milling compound machines. With their outstanding machining accuracy and efficient compound machining capabilities, these machines can meet the high-precision machining requirements of complex components

At the same time, the workshop has planned two specialized small-scale CNC machining workshops according to local conditions, focusing on the refined production of smartwatches, mobile phone cases and their supporting components. Anti-scratch Coating:

Anodizing and Dyeing Process:

In order to meet the diverse color requirements of the part surface, our latest process, the anodizing + precision dyeing composite process, is an extremely complex one. It requires a comprehensive cleaning of aluminum products first to ensure their cleanliness. Then, the products are subjected to anodizing treatment, which forms a hard and porous oxide film on the surface of the products. This oxide film can not only improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum products but also enhance their wear resistance. Subsequently, through the dyeing or electrolytic coloring process, dyes or metal ions are introduced into the pores of the oxide film to form text patterns, achieving the anti-scratch effect for the surface text. In this way, the products can achieve the goals of both being aesthetically pleasing and durable.
