Camera Housing
As a key component for protecting internal components and shaping the product appearance, the machining precision and structural stability of the camera housing are crucial. When machining the main body of the camera housing, GREFEE formulates detailed machining plans according to the characteristics of cameras in different fields
Deformation Treatment:Since the interior of the main housing body has many hollowed-out structures, to avoid deformation during the machining process, the material is subject to strict stress relief treatment before machining to reduce the impact of residual stress inside the material on machining precision
Machining Precision:For some complex features on the main housing body, such as key holes and interface slots, 5-axis equipments are used to ensure the machining precision of each feature. The 5-axis machining of camera housings has significant advantages, which fully meet the requirements of camera housings for precision and stability, and provide a solid guarantee for the overall performance of the camera.
Complete multi-sided complex machining with one clamping, reducing the error accumulation caused by multiple clampings and improving the overall precision.

CNC Machining of Lens Barrels – Fixture Design

Flexible clamping: Adaptive clamping is realized through precise air pressure control, which can not only ensure the clamping stability of thin-walled lens barrels but also avoid component deformation caused by rigid clamping, especially suitable for components made of easily deformable materials such as aluminum alloys.
